⚠️ Two days. Friday is the test. This drill mirrors the real PSI exam structure (50 scored Q + 5–10 experimental in 120 min). 100 Q here = 240 min target, or split into two 120-min sittings.

V3's IRC values are pulled directly from a verified 2021 IRC PDF (1,109 pages, downloaded 2026-05-06 from a public source). Every code-based question is tagged with the 2021 IRC section AND the verified PDF page number where the answer lives. This is the test reference you will be graded against on Friday.

How this test works

You need the 2021 IRC for One- and Two-Family Dwellings — NOT the 2012. The full 2021 IRC PDF (1,109 pages) is in your project folder at source_material/irc_excerpts/IRC_2021_FULL.pdf. Print and spiral-bind, OR buy the physical 2021 IRC from ICC or Amazon. Per PSI rules: highlights/underlines/permanent tabs OK, NO writing, NO loose papers, NO Post-It flags.

Authority hierarchy on the test: VA USBC > 2021 IRC > industry standards. Where state code (USBC) and IRC conflict, USBC wins.
